How to use

7. Independently verify the result against the prescription and appropriate medication reference.

Example

If a medication is supplied as a particular tablet strength and a prescription specifies a particular dose and duration, enter those values exactly as prescribed.

Important: Do not assume that the calculated tablet quantity is clinically appropriate simply because the mathematical calculation is correct.
